Bookings & Payment
Payment for all bookings is due in full at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Where a package is selected, the full package fee must be paid at least 24 hours prior to the first session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens, and I understand things change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full, or (at my discretion) a 50% administration charge may apply.
For package bookings, sessions missed or cancelled at short notice may be deducted from your package.

Recordings
At your request, I can record your session and send you a private link afterwards.
These recordings are for your personal use only and must not be shared, copied or made public without my written permission.
I also agree not to share or publish any recording of your session except where legally required for safety reasons.

My work is supportive and complementary. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Kinesiology, meditation, grounding and any guidance I offer around lifestyle, homeopathic or flower remedies, specific exercises, nutritional tips or any other modality are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or disorder.
They are not a substitute for advice or treatment from a qualified medical or health-care professional. I recommend you consult your medical practitioner alongside our work.

The purchase of any remedies, supplements or additional resources I may suggest is entirely at your own expense.

Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to me. Your identity and session content are confidential. I will not speak to anyone about you unless you are present, give signed consent, or I am taking confidential professional supervision.
Certain legal and safety obligations override confidentiality. For example:
– If your file is subpoenaed for court
– If you disclose abuse or neglect of a child, elderly or disabled person
– If you disclose plans to harm yourself or others
– If you disclose information relating to terrorism, drug trafficking or money laundering
If any of these situations arise, I am legally required to inform the relevant authorities. You will always be told if this action is taken.
