Workshop Series


When you commit to the full Rooted Elements Workshop Series, you’ll be guided through all four key pillars of the Rooted journey — stress and meridians, root chakra safety, ancestral patterns, and hidden energies. Taken together, the series gives you a complete introduction to the Rooted method: a chance to release long-held stress, build emotional safety, and connect with the deeper energies that shape your wellbeing.

Each workshop session runs for 90 minutes (starts at 7.30pm) and includes either a focused EFT tapping or a guided meditation. After each session you’ll receive a short EFT tapping script, a reflective journal prompt and a supporting affirmation to help integrate the work between sessions.

Investing in the full series not only saves you financially (a saving of £38) , but also allows you to experience the flow of Rooted as it was designed — a progressive journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and grounding. And should you choose to join the full 10-week Rooted Program in spring, your workshop investment will be deducted from the programme cost.

The workshops will give you valuable insights, tools, and practices to support your day-to-day wellbeing, while the full Rooted Program is a far more immersive and expansive experience. Over 10 weeks, Rooted offers greater depth, layered integration, and the supportive container of a small group journey — allowing you to truly embody change, not just understand it.
