Stress & Meridians


Stress is more than a mental load — it has a direct impact on your body and energy. In this workshop, you’ll discover how the Triple Warmer Meridian acts as your internal alarm system, often keeping you stuck in fight, flight, or freeze even when the threat has passed.

Together we’ll explore simple but powerful techniques to calm this response, support your liver, bladder, and gallbladder meridians, and give your system the signal that it is safe to relax. You’ll leave with tools to release tension, ease overwhelm, and restore balance — bringing more calm and clarity into daily life.

Each workshop session runs for 90 minutes (starts at 7.30pm) and includes either a focused EFT tapping or a guided Meditation. After each session you’ll receive a short EFT tapping script, a reflective journal prompt and a supporting affirmation to help integrate the work between sessions.
