Our bodies keep the record of what the mind sometimes forgets. In this workshop we explore how emotional memories, family narratives and early survival responses live in your nervous system and shape how you show up today.
Using gentle EFT, the lemniscate balancing technique and somatic awareness, you’ll learn to identify the imprints that keep you stuck, acknowledge them with compassion, and gently unwind their hold.
Expect clarity around old patterns, more ease in your nervous system, and practical skills to interrupt inherited responses so you can choose differently going forward.
Each workshop session runs for 90 minutes (starts at 7.30pm) and includes either a focused EFT tapping or a guided meditation. After each session you’ll receive a short EFT tapping script, a reflective journal prompt and a supporting affirmation to help integrate the work between sessions.
